Head west of the Valley into the painted desert and discover this hidden treasure. The Tin Top Bar & Grill has been many things through time. Buildings on this property have burned to the ground at least twice. The now family restaurant and local night time bar was once called the Boondocks and Yellow Canary. Once you lay eyes on the building you know right away why it has been called the Tin Top for well over 30 years. Tin Top currently serves locals, travelers, and the many workers in the area. The watering hole is also a prime ride stop for motorcycle enthusiasts.
Tonopah, Arizona was a new life for many homesteaders in the early 1900’s. Story goes, there has been a place to hitch your horse and have a drink on this land for longer than Arizona has been a state. Gold rush hunters passed through searching for direction and veined gifts from God.
Just imagine the old cowboys, natives, and adventurers who have stopped in and enjoyed a warm meal or cold drink (if they were lucky enough to have ice!) The deep conversations, moving life moments, and fights shared on this desert dirt. Come eat and drink and feel the old wild west energy for yourself!
